Integrations and APIs
We connect 1C, CRM, websites, payment services, and internal systems. We document which data moves, which system owns it, and what happens when an exchange fails.
When you need this
- →Data is transferred between systems by hand, with errors
- →The website and 1C live separately; stock and prices diverge
- →Partners need API access to your data
- →Old integrations break and their author is unavailable
What's included
- 1C integrations: orders, payments, catalogs, documents
- API design and development for your systems and partners
- Payment services and online checkout integration
- Exchange between internal systems: queues, data buses, synchronization
- Search, recognition, and data-processing service integration
- API documentation and version support
Process
How we work
- 01
Initial conversation
We clarify the context, arrange a call, and sign an NDA before materials are shared if needed.
- 02
Preliminary assessment
We review the process, data, and existing systems, then prepare an approach and sequence of work.
- 03
Plan and contract
We describe the first milestone: the work, the acceptance result, and the required time and budget.
- 04
Pilot and development
The first milestone may validate the riskiest part. The remaining work and acceptance process are stated in the plan.
- 05
Launch and support
We run acceptance and transfer milestone deliverables after payment. Documentation and training are included when the client needs them.
Post-launch support
We fix warranty defects for three months after delivery. Ongoing support, monitoring, and development are covered by a separate agreement.
Questions and answers
Which systems do you work with?
We work with 1C, CRMs, payment and logistics services, and internal software. If there is no API, we consider file exchange, scheduled exports, or database access.
Will the integration break when systems update?
The exchange can include an operation log, retries, and an error queue. Third-party API monitoring is agreed separately as part of support.
How long does a typical integration take?
Sending website orders to 1C usually takes four to six weeks. Exchange across several systems may take two to four months. We need documentation and sample data before estimating.
What if our system has no documentation?
We run a separate assessment of the database, data exchange, and code if it is available. That shows whether the system can be connected safely and how long the work will take.
