How we work
The project is split into milestones with separate deliverables and prices. Interim review is agreed before work starts; code and rights transfer after the corresponding milestone is paid.
Stages of work
- 01after the request is received
Initial conversation
We ask for a short description of the current process and required result. Then we arrange a 30–60 minute call and sign an NDA if needed.
- 023–5 business days after the call
Preliminary assessment
We review the materials, data, and existing systems. The estimate states the proposed approach, main risks, and budget range.
- 035–10 business days
Detailed plan and contract
For the first milestone, we list the work, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Timeline and cost go into the contract appendix.
- 043–6 weeks
Technical prototype
We take the riskiest scenario and check it on a limited dataset or one integration. The development plan is updated from the result.
- 056–10 weeks to a pilot
Pilot and development
Pilot scope, interim deliverables, and how they are checked are stated in the milestone plan. Meeting frequency and reporting format depend on the project.
- 06typically 3–6 months from kickoff
Acceptance and launch
We check the agreed scenarios, migrate data, prepare instructions, and train employees. Rollout is planned together with the client team.
- 07from 3 months
Warranty and support
We fix warranty defects for three months after delivery. The system can then move to a support agreement or another team.
Terms we fix in the contract
Payment per milestone
Scope, timeline, and price are agreed before a milestone begins. Payment and deliverable transfer terms are stated in the contract.
Code and rights after payment
After payment, we provide access to the milestone code and documentation. The contract defines how exclusive rights transfer.
Transparent progress
Communication channels, reporting format, and access to interim deliverables are agreed before the milestone and recorded in the contract or appendix.
Confidentiality
We can sign your NDA template or ours. Data storage and processing rules are written into the contract; hosting requirements are determined after assessment.
Questions and answers
Can the budget be fixed for the whole project at once?
Yes, if requirements are already defined and will remain stable. For a new product, we usually fix the price of the next milestone and estimate the following one after acceptance.
What if requirements change mid-project?
We assess the effect on timeline and budget. A small change can replace another sprint task; a large one becomes a separate milestone.
Who owns the code?
After a milestone is paid, we transfer its code and documentation. Exclusive rights pass under the terms stated in the contract.
How does acceptance work?
Before work starts, we list the scenarios and figures that will be checked. For data work, we agree on a control set and an acceptable error level.

Describe the task. After reviewing it, we will propose a call and a list of materials for an initial assessment.
