Enterprise Systems

We build systems for orders, warehouse, manufacturing, and customer work. Before design, we review employee roles, documents, and exchange with the software already in use.

When you need this

  • Records live in dozens of spreadsheets and one employee’s head
  • Off-the-shelf CRMs do not fit the processes, and changing processes is costly
  • The old system slows everyone down and nobody maintains it
  • Clients and partners ask for a portal instead of emails and calls

What's included

  • Record-keeping systems: orders, warehouse, manufacturing, finance
  • CRM built for your processes when off-the-shelf options do not fit
  • Client and partner accounts and portals
  • Integrations: 1C, payment services, government services, internal systems
  • Document search and repetitive operation automation
  • A migration plan for spreadsheets and legacy systems

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

We clarify the context, arrange a call, and sign an NDA before materials are shared if needed.

  2. 02

    Preliminary assessment

We review the process, data, and existing systems, then prepare an approach and sequence of work.

  3. 03

    Plan and contract

We describe the first milestone: the work, the acceptance result, and the required time and budget.

  4. 04

    Pilot and development

The first milestone may validate the riskiest part. The remaining work and acceptance process are stated in the plan.

  5. 05

    Launch and support

We run acceptance and transfer milestone deliverables after payment. Documentation and training are included when the client needs them.

More about the process

Post-launch support

We fix warranty defects for three months after delivery. Ongoing support, monitoring, and development are covered by a separate agreement.

Questions and answers

Why not use an off-the-shelf system?

We first compare the requirements with existing products. Custom development makes sense when a critical process cannot be configured without constant workarounds or expensive modifications.

How long does development take?

The key process usually launches in three to five months. Total time depends on roles, integrations, and migration volume. The old system is switched off only after the new setup is checked.

What about support after launch?

The client can sign a support agreement with a set response time or hand the system to an internal team. Milestone code and documentation transfer after payment.

Will the system survive company growth?

Before design, we record user count, data volume, and peak operations. If those figures change, we recalculate load and propose the required work.
