Amplify Lab ("we", "us") operates the website at https://amplifylab.it.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2.1 Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message text you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a potential engagement.

2.2 Direct correspondence. If you contact us by email or during a call, we process the contact details and any additional information you choose to share, for the same purposes.

2.3 We do not use the data you send us for advertising, and we do not sell it.

3.1 Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the Site is used. It may collect information about your actions on the Site, approximate location, device and browser type, and set cookies or similar identifiers.

3.2 Consent. Analytics runs only after you press "Accept" in the cookie notice. Your choice is stored locally on your device and can be changed at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer.

3.3 If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded. All core functions of the Site remain available.

4.1 Service providers. The Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and contact form submissions are delivered to us through AWS infrastructure (Amazon SES). Analytics data, when enabled, is processed by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms.

4.2 Retention. We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer required.

4.3 Security. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond, and it is transmitted over encrypted connections.

5.1 You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

5.2 You may withdraw analytics consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link, and withdraw any other consent by writing to privacy@amplifylab.it.com.

5.3 To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@amplifylab.it.com from the address the request concerns. We respond within 30 calendar days.

6.1 We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at https://amplifylab.it.com/privacy/ and applies from the moment it is published.

6.2 If a provision of this policy is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
